We are looking for a highly qualified Occupational Physician to join our occupational health team. This professional will be responsible for promoting and preserving the health of employees in the workplace, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to the prevention of occupational diseases and workplace accidents. The Occupational Physician will work closely with the occupational safety team, human resources, and other departments, conducting pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, job change, and termination medical exams, as well as monitoring leave cases and proposing actions to improve employees' quality of life.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, empathy, professional ethics, and up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and occupational health and safety standards. In addition, prior experience in corporate or industrial environments is essential, demonstrating the ability to deal with different employee profiles and various clinical situations.
The Occupational Physician will also be responsible for developing and implementing occupational health control programs (PCMSO), conducting workplace inspections, identifying health risks, and proposing preventive measures. A proactive approach and commitment to workers' well-being are fundamental to success in this role.
